Tanzania Government To Use Tsh 201 Billion Improve School Infrastructure 
The Government through the Pay for Results (EP4R) project has allocated approximately  Tsh 201 billion for the eighth phase of upgrading and building school infrastructure in the country

This was stated by Minister of Education, Science and Technology Professor Joyce Ndalichako in Chato District during a professional tour to review the implementation of the rehabilitation of primary and secondary school infrastructure repairs through the Pay for Results (EP4R) project where she addressed the issue of rehabilitation.  and the construction of school infrastructure is sustainable.

“The construction or upgrading of infrastructure is a sustainable issue and you will look at the period of Hon.  President John Alcohol Magufuli on the infrastructure side so far on the EP4R project we have spent 306 billion on which we have built classrooms in seven phases, ”said Professor Ndalichako.

Minister Ndalichako said in the eighth phase of the Payment Based on Outcomes (EP4R) project the priority will be on Councils that have been financed and improved on their financial management in the previous phases and those that have not performed well will be reimbursed after all those who have been hampering implementation  of such projects.

Chato District Commissioner Charles Kabeho has thanked the Phase Five Government for donating more than $ 1.3 billion through the Lipa Project Based on the results for the construction of the new school infrastructure and the completion of the multi-purpose districts in the district.
 "In fact these funds have helped us to address the infrastructure challenge that emerged after free education policy emerged," said the District Commissioner

Engineer Kabeho said the Chato district will continue to mobilize citizens to continue to contribute to the improvement of school infrastructure to ensure that they contribute to free education investment to enable students to read in a better environment.

And High School Student Rescue Valentina Geofrey has thanked the Minister of Education, Science and Technology for fulfilling her promise in January when she visited the school to build a wall around the school and a food court that is going to alleviate the challenges they have been facing.  In addition, the student has asked the Minister to help them build science labs so that they can study the science subjects that will enable them to participate in the Phase Five Government's goal of becoming a middle-income economy.

One of the parents, Elizabeth Lukanyima, has praised the leadership of the Phase Five government for improving the school infrastructure and calling on parents to make sure that they manage their children so that they can get a good education and participate in nation building.

Minister of Education, Science and Technology Professor Ndalichako on his visit to review education projects in the Chato District Council has visited and inspected the construction of the office of the Administration of school quality, construction and maintenance of infrastructure at Jikomboe High School, Bwina and schools  The basic step that Chato read to the President of the United Republic of Tanzania Hon.  Hon.  Dr.  John Alcohol Gloves.

With the construction of new buildings at the Chato primary school under the auspices of the Lipa Project (EP4R), the President of the United Republic of Tanzania  John Alcohol Magufuli has donated funds for the construction of three classrooms and two teachers' offices
