Job Description
We are Mom easy company we are located Kariakoo Congo Street we requires the service of qualified young person to fill up the position of Sales Officers and Logistics Officers.
Sales Duties
- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Requirements and Qualification
- Successfully Completed Bachelor Degree from University of Dar es salaam (UDSM) and University of Dodoma (UDOM) Only
- Organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to priorities own workload.
- Candidate must have excellent health and speaking both English and Swahili language
Logistics Duties:
- Plan warehouses and distribution centres for efficiency in both operations and capacity
- Organise transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
- Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
- Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
- Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
