HOPAC is recruiting for a Director for 2019/2020
Basic requirements for any Director candidate are:
- Committed evangelical Christian
- Bachelor’s degree in Education from a Western college or university, Master’s degree in Education
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience; international administrative experience preferred
- Ability to provide visionary leadership in strategic planning, educational expertise and financial oversight
- Manage a leadership team of school principals and operational managers, providing oversight to a culturally-diverse staff of more than 100
- Prepared to commit to a minimum 3-year term; preference for a longer-term
