Description
Role purpose:
Provide Leadership direction and guidance for Sales teams (Indirect Sales Coordinators /Agents and Business Partners to execute the strategy in located Business Regions (Coast, North, Victoria, Dar and Nyasa)
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Provision of full support for channels while on boarding and aftersales
• Monitor the performance of EBU partners continuously to ensure that agreed targets are achieved
• Ensure that EBU Partners apply Account Management Methodologies in servicing customer accounts
• Create & manage relationships at multiple touch points with EBU Partners and customers
• Communicate market trends and provide adequate up to date information on products and systems
• Grow and enhance existing partners, inform and communicate any new training modules applicable
• Communicate & Drive EBU Partner Training curriculum in accordance to EBU Partner policies & procedures, No training no selling together with Retention, Process &Training Manager.
Core competencies, knowledge, Qualifications & experience
• Minimum business degree, MBA advantage with relevant sales ,customer care experience or its equivalent
• 4 – 6 leadership experience; inclusive of management in the ICT Industry (essential)
• MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Excel)
• Strong understanding of Sales teams management.
• Sales tools and processes & Pipeline Management
• Understanding of Telecommunications Industry
• Good business acumen
