Yanga club chairperson Dr Mshindo Msolla has won the post of Premier League club representative delegations at the polls held yesterday at the sixth League Board meeting.
Msolla won by 14 votes and 4 no while Herry Nassor won by 16 votes and two no.
In this chance that required three people appeared two of them where Dr Msolla had Herry Nassor who is the Chairman of the KMC club and these votes were voted from members of the Premier League only.
In terms of representatives of the Premier League clubs came three while only two needed, Brown Ernest (Chairman Mbeya First) won by 34 yes voted and 10 no votes, Juma Lupangilo took second chance (Chairman of Ihefu) received 25 Yes votes by 17 No votes and last with Abdul Mohamed (Chairman African Lyon) with 14 yes votes and 27 no votes.
Abdul Mohamed previously served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Azam FC before leaving the position.
On side of Premiership, Azim Khna (Dar City Chairman) who was himself received 40 yes votes and 1 No vote.
The votes of Fdl and Sdl were voted on by all members present at the meeting while the votes of the Premier League were voted by the representatives of the Premier only.
