INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI} FOR SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION OF ALIKIBA & SAMATTA GEARS AND WEARS
1.-BACKGROUND
Samakiba foundation,also known as Samakiba is a Tanzanian organization located Maweni, Kigamboni, Dar es salaam, Tanzania. It's a joint partnership of Tanzania's mega celebrities, International footballer Mbwana Samatta and Music artist Ally Saleh Kiba famously known as King Kiba.
Samakiba Foundation was established In 2016 as It owns a charity event named "nifuate"
2. SCOPE
Management of Samakiba foundation hereby invites qualified firm/company/suppller to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for design, supply and distribution of sports gear and wear on behalf of our organization for the year 2020
3.SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
- Interested supplier should submit the following
- detailed company profile
- copy of certificate of incorporation,TIN certificate,VRN certificate,VAT cleara nce certificate and other related certifica te
- three year audited financial reports
- should demonstrate financial capability
- should demonstrate a sound distribution network including existence of shops/distribution points to enable Ali kiba and Samatta fans to easily access the gears and wears
- should submit a sample of cotton Jersey of samakiba design
Please note: The EOI does not constitute socialization,only applicants which in Samakiba foundation sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon up on completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submission may receive the final supplier solicitation documents.Samakiba foundation receives right to change, cancel or modify the requirements of this EOI and or sollcitatlon process
