According to the Act, each Teacher will have to register and be granted license that will used to pay yearly for it.
Furthermore, the Act will allow the Government to delete a license of teachers for various reasons.
One of the reasons for the licensed to be banned is to be convicted and sentenced to more than 6 months.
According to the Act, it will be a criminal offense to teach without having a license.
